Marshfield Country Stores is located in
a beautiful grade II listed building, in the heart of the
sleepy village of Marshfield. Incorporating many of
the buildings original features, such as the original wooden
shelves and drawers, we have endeavoured to maintain the
shops unique Victorian feel.
For three generations the shop was owned and named after the
Bodman family, who created a magnificent shop, selling
everything the villagers of Marshfield required. It is
now owned and run by two sisters, Sally and Rachel, who are
recapturing the gentle atmosphere of this beautiful and
traditional shop, offering traditional gifts and
curiosities.
The shop also includes stock pieces
of antique furniture, pieces from the antique markets of
France, antique linens and many unique gift ideas.
Many of our contemporary pieces are hand made by local
artists in and around Marshfield.
